Ingredients:

- Set the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the chocolate chips and pecan halves in a small bowl. In the bottom of the unbaked pie dough, distribute them equally.
- Beat the eggs, corn syrup, sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt thoroughly in a different bowl.
- Over the chocolate chips and pecans in the pie crust, pour the egg mixture.
- After putting the pie on a baking pan to catch any drips, bake it for 50 to 60 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is set.
- Halfway through baking, you can cover the crust's edges with aluminum foil if they are browning too quickly.
