Crispy buffalo chicken recipe

 

Ingredients:

  • Four skinless and boneless chicken breasts
  • One cup of flour for all purposes


  • two tsp powdered garlic
  • Two tsp powdered onion
  • One tsp of paprika

  • one cup of breadcrumbs

Instructions:

  1. Warm up the oven:


Set oven temperature to 400°F, or 200°C.

2. Get the chicken ready:


Take off the chicken breasts' extra fat. Add some salt and pepper to season them.



3. Establish a Breading Station:

Arrange three shallow dishes for the breading process. Mix the flour, paprika, onion, garlic, and pepper powders in the first bowl. Beat the eggs in the other bowl. In the third bowl, put the breadcrumbs.

4. Coat the chicken:
