Ingredients:
. 1 cup boiling chickpeas (chana).
. One medium onion, cut finely
. One medium tomato, cut coarsely and deseeded
. One small cucumber, finely sliced
. One or two green chilies, coarsely chopped
. Two teaspoons of chopped fresh coriander, or cilantro
. One tablespoon of chopped mint leaves
. Tomato Puree: two teaspoons
. One teaspoon of Chaat Masala
. Pulverized Cumin: half a teaspoon
. Half a teaspoon of red chili powder
. Dark Half a teaspoon of salt
. Salt: to tast
. One tablespoon of lemon juice
. Optional: Sev for garnish
. Optional Pomegranate Seeds: as a garnish

Instructions:
1. Cook the chickpeas:
Cook the chickpeas until they become tender if you haven't already boiled them. You can also use canned chickpeas.
2. Get the veggies ready:
Dice the onion, tomato, cucumber, green chilies, mint leaves, and fresh coriander finely.
3. Put together Chaat:
The chopped veggies, herbs, and cooked chickpeas should all be combined in a large mixing basin.
4. Incorporate Tamarind Pulp:
Pour the pulped tamarind over the mixture. Adapt the amount to your personal taste preferences.
5. Additives:
Over the ingredients, mix together chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, black salt, and ordinary salt.
6. Blend Well:
Mix everything together gently, being sure to coat the chickpeas thoroughly in the herbs and spices.
7. Juice from lemons:
To bring out the flavors of the chaat, squeeze some fresh lemon juice over it. To suit your taste, change the amount.
8. Accessory:
Garnish the chana chaat with pomegranate seeds and sev, if you'd like. This brings in more sweetness and texture.
9. Serve:
Give the chana chaat right away, providing a tasty and reviving snack.
