SPECIAL OFFER FOR YOU !
Instructions:
1. Get the ingredients ready:
Thinly slice the meat and marinade it with a dash of black pepper and one tablespoon of soy sauce. Assemble all the veggies and set aside the cooked rice.
2. Stir-Fry Beef:
Over high heat, preheat a wok or large skillet. Pour in two teaspoons of olive oil. The marinated beef should be stir-fried until browned. Take out of the wok and place aside.
3. Prepare the Vegetables:
Add one more tablespoon of oil to the pan. Add the chopped ginger and garlic, and cook until aromatic. Carrots should be diced and cooked for two minutes. Stir-fry the bell peppers and peas until the veggies become slightly soft.
4. Cracked Eggs:
After pushing the veggies to one side of the wok, fill the empty space with the beaten eggs. Give them a chance to settle, then scramble until heated through.
5. Mix the ingredients together:
Return the cooked beef, veggies, and eggs to the wok. Add the finely chopped green onions.
6. Include Rice:
To the wok, add the cooked rice. Break up any clumps and make sure the ingredients are distributed evenly by using a spatula.
7. Use sauces to season:
Over the rice, drizzle the leftover oyster sauce, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Mix everything until thoroughly incorporated.
8. Modify the seasoning:
If necessary, add more salt and pepper to taste and adjust the seasoning. To suit your tastes, you can also add extra sesame oil or soy sauce.
9. Finish and serve.
Stir-fry for a further two to three minutes, or until everything is thoroughly heated. If desired, garnish with extra finely sliced green onions.
10. Warm Up Serving:
Serve the beef fried rice hot after transferring it to a serving dish. Savor your homemade beef curry!
Note:
Use cold or leftover rice for optimal results; freshly cooked rice tends to be too moist and can become sticky.
To suit your tastes, feel free to change up the veggies and add additions like baby corn or mushrooms.
