Fresh mango juice recipe

 


Ingredients:


  • Peel, pit, and chop two large ripe mangos; add two teaspoons of sugar (or more, to taste).

Instructions:

Get the mango ready:


Mango pits should be removed after peeling. Dice the mango meat into tiny pieces.

Mix the mangoes:


Mango dice should be added to a blender.

Put Sugar in It:


Fill the mixer with sugar. You can change the amount of sugar according to your taste and the mangoes' sweetness.

Blend until smooth:


Process the mangos and sugar in a blender until a smooth puree is achieved.

Strain (optional)


To have a smoother juice, you can remove any fibrous particles from the puree by straining it through cheesecloth or a fine mesh screen.

Add Water:



Pour the mango puree into a pitcher and fill it with chilled water. Mix thoroughly to blend.

Relax:


To fully chill the mango juice, place it in the refrigerator for at least one or two hours.

Serve:


If preferred, pour the chilled mango juice into glasses with ice cubes.

Optional garnish:


Add some mint leaves as a garnish for a light and fragrant touch.
