Instructions:

1. In a skillet set over medium-high heat, warm the olive oil. Incorporate the chopped garlic, bell peppers, and onion slices. Simmer for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the veggies are tender and have a caramelized look. Take off the heat and place aside.

2. Add salt and pepper to taste when seasoning the thinly sliced beef sirloin steak.

3. Cook the steak slices over medium-high heat in the same skillet or a different pan for two to three minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked through. Take off the heat.

4.  Cut the subrolls or hoagie rolls in half lengthwise, but not through. Split the buns apart, then top each one with a slice of provolone cheese.

5. After the steaks are done, divide them between the rolls and arrange them over the cheese. Add the sautéed onion and pepper mixture on the top of each sandwich.

6. Put the sandwiches inside the grill. Once the cheese is melted and bubbling, cover the cooker and cook it on high for around five to seven minutes.

7. Serve the sandwiches hot after carefully taking them out of the cooker.

8. Savor your mouthwatering cheesesteak sandwiches from the cooker!
